Shipping Cost, Terms and Conditions & Returns
Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items.
Please note that if you would like us to deliver our larger pieces of furniture, this can be arranged to UK Mainland only. Please contact us for delivery costs prior to placing your order.
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. If an item becomes out of stock once you have we will give you the option to cancel your order or give you an updated delivery date.
Please note that due to Covid delays it might take slightly longer for your items to arrive.
You are more than welcome to collect your items from our shop in North London at 22 Aylmer Parade, N2 0PE. There is free parking outside or we are a 10-minute walk from East Finchley or Highgate underground stations.
We recycle all packaging wherever possible. Please be aware that your parcel may contain re-used boxes and packaging. This avoids waste and is kinder to the environment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If the product is damaged or faulty, please email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem so we can help you.
If you are looking to return an item that is not damaged or faulty, it must be returned unopened and in its original packaging Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery. We will not cover the cost of return post and your original shipping cost will not be refunded.
